High-power professional battery charger

BC2 provides a practical entry point for smaller batteries and routine maintenance. BC5 expands the charging range and adds connected battery management for mainstream automotive users. BC10 is designed for larger batteries, faster charging requirements and more demanding professional environments.

This three-level structure allows users and business partners to select a charger according to battery size, vehicle category and service requirements rather than relying on a single product for every application.

More Than a Basic Battery Charger

The BC Series is designed to support more than routine charging. Depending on the selected model and operating mode, the chargers can help users charge, analyze, maintain and recover compatible vehicle batteries.

Charge

The lineup supports charging modes for compatible 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries, including AGM batteries. It also includes a dedicated 12V lithium mode for compatible 4S LiFePO4 batteries equipped with built-in battery management systems.

Adjustable current settings allow the charging output to be matched more closely to different battery capacities and maintenance requirements.

Maintain

Vehicles and equipment that remain unused for extended periods may gradually lose battery charge. This is common with motorcycles, recreational vehicles, lawn equipment and other seasonal assets.

The BC Series uses an intelligent charging and maintenance process to help keep compatible batteries at an appropriate charge level during storage.

Recover

Repair and low-voltage charging functions provide additional support for selected compatible batteries that are deeply discharged or showing abnormal voltage conditions. The 12V Loading mode can recover deeply discharged batteries below 2V—including batteries that appear to be at 0V—and provide a stable 12V DC output for compatible external devices.

Battery recovery results depend on battery chemistry, age, physical condition and the type of damage involved. Batteries with internal failure, severe sulfation or other irreversible damage may still require replacement.

Supply

BC5 and BC10 add Supply Mode for compatible service and maintenance applications that require a controlled power output.

This capability helps position the higher-power models as workshop tools rather than simple consumer chargers.

Intelligent Charging Based on Battery Condition

Conventional chargers may continue supplying a fixed current without adequately responding to changes in battery condition. The BC Series uses a staged charging process that adjusts operation according to the selected battery mode and the condition detected by the charger.

A simplified charging sequence includes:

Battery Detection → Battery Analysis → Charging → Optimization → Float Maintenance

For compatible lead-acid batteries, the process may also include desulfation or repair stages when required. Lithium batteries follow a dedicated charging sequence that includes recognition, controlled current charging, controlled voltage charging and replenishment.

The exact sequence varies according to battery chemistry, battery voltage, battery condition and the selected operating mode.

This automatic adjustment helps reduce the risk of overcharging and unnecessary battery stress while supporting more efficient long-term maintenance.

Built-In Protection for Daily Battery Care

Charging vehicle batteries requires protection against common connection errors and abnormal electrical conditions.

The BC Series includes multiple safety functions, such as:

· Reverse-polarity protection

· Short-circuit protection

· Overcurrent protection

· Overvoltage and undervoltage protection

· Overload protection

· Over-temperature protection

These protections help reduce common operating risks during charging and maintenance. Users should still select the correct battery mode, confirm battery compatibility and follow the instructions supplied by the battery and vehicle manufacturer.

App-Based Battery Management for BC5 and BC10

BC5 and BC10 support app-based operation for users who need more control and visibility during charging.

App connectivity is available on BC5 and BC10 only. BC2 does not support app control.

Through the app, users can access several battery management functions.

Real-Time Charging Status

Users can view the selected charging mode, voltage, current and current operating status without relying only on the charger display.

Custom Battery Profiles

Battery names, voltage, current, capacity and other profile information can be configured for different vehicles or batteries.

This is useful for workshops and maintenance teams that regularly service several battery types.

Battery Health Records

The app can display and record information such as:

· State of health

· Starting voltage

· Ending voltage

· Total charging time

· Total charging capacity

Charging History

Historical charging data can help professional users review previous work and maintain more consistent battery service records.

For repair shops, fleet teams and equipment maintenance operators, these connected functions make BC5 and BC10 more suitable for managing multiple batteries than basic chargers with no data visibility.

Designed for Multiple Battery Care Scenarios

The three BC models allow the series to serve both individual vehicle owners and professional service organizations.

Motorcycle and Powersports Maintenance

BC2 is designed for smaller batteries used in motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, lawn equipment and other seasonal vehicles.

Its compact form and adjustable low-current charging make it suitable for routine maintenance and long-term storage applications.

Passenger Vehicle Charging

BC5 is positioned for passenger cars, SUVs and home garages that require more charging power than a compact motorcycle charger.

Its app connectivity also gives users greater visibility into the charging process.

Repair Workshops

BC5 and BC10 can support daily battery charging, maintenance and recovery work in automotive repair shops and service centers.

BC10 is better suited to higher-capacity batteries and situations where faster charging is required.

RV and Outdoor Equipment

RVs, lawn equipment and recreational vehicles often remain parked for long periods. Regular maintenance charging can help reduce problems caused by gradual battery discharge.

BC2 may be used for smaller seasonal batteries, while BC10 is positioned for larger RV and vehicle battery applications.

Fleet Maintenance

Weak or undercharged batteries can cause vehicle delays and unnecessary downtime.

BC10 provides higher charging power for fleet maintenance teams working with larger vehicle batteries and multiple service requirements.

Seasonal Battery Storage

Motorcycles, outdoor equipment and recreational vehicles may remain unused for weeks or months.

The BC Series can support maintenance charging during these periods, helping compatible batteries remain ready for the next operating season.

Expanding the LOKITHOR Battery Care Ecosystem

LOKITHOR is expanding beyond emergency jump-starting products into a broader vehicle battery care ecosystem.

The product portfolio now covers several stages of battery use:

Emergency Jump Starting → Starting Batteries → Smart Charging → Battery Recovery → Long-Term Maintenance

Jump starters provide emergency starting support when a vehicle battery cannot crank the engine. LPS starting batteries serve motorcycle and powersports applications. The new BC Series adds routine charging, maintenance and recovery capabilities.

Together, these products allow distributors, automotive accessory brands and service businesses to build a more complete vehicle power portfolio around battery starting and long-term care.

Availability and Business Cooperation

BC2 is now available. BC5 and BC10 are expected to launch between August and September 2026.
